Kung Fu for Kids
Our kids classes (From age 5) are held on Tuesdays (6:30pm) and Thursdays (6:00pm). The Tuesday class focuses on traditional Shaolin Kung Fu movements and the Thursday class focuses on the fundamentals of SanShou/SanDa Chinese Kickboxing. Our classes are conducted in a safe and protective environment.
The Shaolin exercises for kids dynamically connects all parts of their body, making it strong and flexible; strengthens tendons and ligaments; unlocks the joints and allows the issuance of internal strength without the stiffness of the limbs.
